Hi! 👋🏼  I am a high agency learner serving as an Ambulatory Operations Manager at Adventist Health. On the side I work on projects that perk my interest.

Current Role: Operations Manager (Ambulatory)

Specializing in Quality and Patience Experience, I manage and track the metrics from 8 clinics, over 5 specialties and over 25 physicians. As of Q3 of 2024, our facility ranks in the 83rd percentile in Primary Care and 2nd patience experience within the Adventist Health system.
